Filing a complaint
To file a complaint, please follow the steps below:
1. Return / complaint form
Fill out the return / complaint form and attach it to the package. The document should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, product number and reason for complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.
2. Product shipment
When submitting a complaint, please send the product back with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.

Under current law, you have 14 days to return the goods. To withdraw from the contract and return the product purchased from us, complete the necessary statement and send it to our address along with the returned product / products:
